Do I put it on before bed, or the morning after?
Either works, and customers do both. Applied before bed it runs while you sleep; applied in the morning it covers the day. It starts working within about 15 minutes and keeps going for 12 hours.
Is Recovery Mode only for hangovers?
No - the morning after is just the most obvious one. Customers wear it on holiday, through Christmas, after a heavy meal out, and for a January reset. Anytime you've overdone it, in other words, or you're on a health kick and want to support your digestion.
Why does Recovery Mode have a peppermint scent?
Every patch is infused with an aromatherapy scent, and Recovery Mode's is peppermint - selected for its reviving, uplifting effect. It's helpful when you feel sluggish and may have overdone it.
Can I wear one every day, or is it just for the odd big night?
Either. Some keep a pack in for the morning after; others wear one daily - through a holiday, a heavy week, or as everyday support for their digestion. One patch per wear, up to 12 hours, 15 to a pack.
