Returns Policy

Your legal right to cancel
As a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because our Products are sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed (for health and hygiene reasons), this right applies to unopened packs with the hygiene seal intact.

Our 30-day returns policy
We go further than the legal minimum: you may return any Product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. To start a return, email hello@thewhatsupp.com with your order number.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned Product (or evidence that you have sent it back). Where you cancel a whole order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund standard delivery charges.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Where a Product is faulty or was sent in error, return postage is on us.

Changes before dispatch
Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order has been placed. If dispatch cannot be stopped, your cancellation and returns rights above still apply.
