How long does a pack last?
Every pack has 15 patches. Worn daily that's around two weeks; worn as-and-when, longer.
How long do I wear each patch?
Up to 12 hours, then peel it off. One patch per wear - a fresh one next time.
Where do I put it, and will it stay on?
Clean, dry skin - inner arm, wrist or shoulder. It's waterproof and occlusive, so it stays put through showers, workouts and long sleeves until you peel it off.
