Shipping Policy
Delivery options and current charges are shown at checkout. As a guide:
- UK Standard (tracked): 2-4 business days - £3
- UK Express (tracked): 1-2 business days - £5.50 (orders placed after 1pm GMT dispatch the next business day)
- Europe (international tracked): 5-8 business days - €6
- US (international tracked): 5-10 business days - $10
We will deliver to the address you give at checkout. Please check it carefully - we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days of placing it, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
For orders delivered outside the UK, customs charges and import duties may apply. These are your responsibility - we are unable to cover or control these fees, and they are not included in our prices.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may occasionally be affected by events outside our control (for example courier disruption or extreme weather). If there is a delay we will keep you informed.
